Senior Graduate Recruitment and Development Advisor
£35,000-£40,000. London plus Bonus
Our client, a fantastic global law firm, are looking to bring in an exciting HR Officer to focus on a generalist remit with a strong focus on Graduate Recruitment and Development.
The industry-leading organisation is looking for a HR Officer (Graduate Recruiter) to join their London office on a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business to develop and implement strategy to attract talent;
- Graduate recruitment life cycle
- Attend events to represent the business;
- Some fee earning and business services staff recruitment
- Regularly review and update relevant systems and assessment materials;
- Act as the first point of contact for all candidates' queries;
- Ensure that the firm diversity and inclusion agenda is reflected in the recruitment strategy
- Management of internal Trainees working closely the the lead
Experience required:
- Previous experience and understanding of the trainee recruitment process
- Experience working in a HR generalist space ideally within the legal space or professional services
- Strong understanding of the undergraduate campus recruitment arena;
- Fantastic communication, diplomacy and negotiation skills;
- Experience in a client-facing role/ demonstrated client service focus;
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of initiative;
