A global private equity firm based in the City of London is looking for an HR Generalist to join their function.

Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the business of circa 85 employees across 2 offices, you will be responsible for the management of annual HR processes, advisory and HR operations. You will also have autonomy on discrete areas such as graduate recruitment.

You will be comfortable managing employee relations / policy across the organisation as well as helping to drive HR projects, HR reporting (largely utilising Excel), recruitment, talent & development, compensation, benefits and payroll. You will enjoy operating in a broad and busy HR generalist role in a high touch environment.

You will be an accomplished HR Generalist who is operationally strong. You will ideally have operated in small (potentially as a standalone HR resource) and large financial services organisations (ideally Private Equity / Investments). You will have excellent attention to detail and be delivery focused.
