Temporary HR Adviser

My client, a UK based not for profit organisation, are looking to recruit an HR Advisor on a 3 month temporary contract to support the business in managing some significantr changes which will effect a number of sites across the UK.

You will support circa 150 employees across 10 sites who will be affected by contractual change. These changes will include changes to T's & C's, hours and benefits effecting both full time and part time employees. In order to deliver within the specified timelines you will need to get staff on board and supportive on changes to enable us to maintain current operation/levels and then step successfully into new contract and requirements.

You will need ransparent and proactive communication from management needed to achieve buy in, initially by location then to individuals. There will be significant HR administration work required including drafting communication to effected parties, drafting contracts, issuing correct individual contracts, securing returned contracts and update employee files and the HR database,

In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate a strong generalist background with experience managing transformation and change. You will need to display exceptional communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. You need to be available immediately or on short notice and comfortable travelling between sites in order to have these face to face conversations with those effected.
