I am working with a great tech company based in North London who are looking for a HR Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. This company are a forward thinking and fast paced company, they are needing someone who is passionate about HR, confident and can build strong relationships and are highly motivated.The role includes but is not limited to:Be the first point of contact for people queries and assist with day to day people operationsManage the new starter process including offer letters and contracts, including conducting the HR induction for all new starters. Manage employee references and any ad hoc requestsMaintain and update the HR System (PeopleHR) and any other systems/ spreadsheetsDraft and issue employment change lettersGather reports for team leads and managers or when advised by the Head of People OperationsProduce and update reports as requested by the Finance team. Develop and analyse quarterly people Metrics reports, and operational metrics reports for the boardDuring high volume recruitment, assisting with booking of interviews and liaising with candidatesSend payroll instructions each month and liaise with the payroll departmentManage benefits administration and any changesArrange meetings with key stakeholders for new employeesManage the leavers process You need to have strong communication skills, be able to show strong initiatives and being able to work as a team player as well as independently. You must have experience working in a busy HR department and ideally have strong experience in producing HR metrics/ reporting.
