City based financial services client are looking for a Communications Manager to join then on a fixed term contract starting ASAP The UK Communications Manager will lead employee communications during a period of transformational change for the UK operations of the business as part of a team covering all operations worldwide. The UK operations contain approximately 3,000 Associates. The majority of these roles are based in London, although there is a small regional network of offices. This role involves close liaison with the Group's communications lead on the three-year operational improvement programme as well as the leadership of the communications function to ensure that all operational improvement communication is aligned to the Group's strategy and its communications priorities. It also involves close liaison with the Operational Improvement Programme team, specifically those on the Steering Committee of the UK workstreams (All of these teams are based in London).
