£150 per day.

8 week contract (possibility of temp-perm)

A global professional services firm that brings together the unique capabilities of 3 firms are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to assist in all areas of the graduate, apprentice and internship recruitment process for our 2019 onwards placements.

You will support the Early Careers Recruiter and the Early Careers Team Leader oversee the recruitment of circa 100 graduates, 70 apprentices, and 20 interns for our UK and Ireland positions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the early careers recruitment field who wishes to become a Graduate / Early Careers Talent Acquisition Consultant in the future.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting 2 Graduate Recruiters based in London Managing the advertising of vacancies
  • Liaising with candidates regarding queries over phone and email Organising video/telephone interviews (both over the phone and via email)
  • Assisting with the screening of a significantly high volume number of applications - reviewing applications and video interviews
  • Coordinating Assessment Centres (including preparing assessment centre packs, booking rooms, liaising with business representatives and providing facilitation support)
  • Coordinating candidates and assessors at Assessment Centres - portraying an enthusiastic, positive demeanour throughout the day and being a main point of contact for all
  • Welcoming candidates on site and presenting information to them - you will be comfortable with public speaking Managing the Procurement Ordering and subsequent invoicing process
  • Managing travel reimbursements for candidates attending assessment centre
  • Collating assessment centre and interview results Updating Workday, our Application Tracking System Adding candidates to the online psychometric testing tool
  • Manipulating data in relation to reporting
  • Preparing ad hoc presentations as required Making offers to candidates Liaising with colleagues who work in offshore locations Onboarding candidates once they have been offered
