Are you an experienced HR Generalist or HR Officer and looking for the next step in your career?
Are you looking for a role which can enhance your skills further? A London based law firm is offering this fantastic full time contract to any brilliant candidate that meets their criteria.
You will be providing general administrative and operational support to the HR team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Recruitment – Identifying and supporting resourcing needs
• Employee Lifecycle – induction of new starters and the leaver process
• Payroll and Benefits – Assisting with Payroll and Benefit administration
• Employee Correspondence – Preparing correspondence in relation to business needs such as changes of employment, maternity and paternity leave
• Diversity and Inclusion – Providing support with any adhoc projects
• Systems and Reporting – Generating and maintaining accurate monthly reports
Skills required:
• Excellent communication skills – writing and listening
• MS Office – Strong Word, Excel and Outlook
• Previous experience in an HR administrative role ideally from a Professional/Legal Services background although not essential
• Experience of using an HR System
