HR Manager - Part Time

Your new company
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for HR Manager to join International Banking client on a part time basis for 3 - 4 days per week (hours 9 - 5pm) based in Central London. This is a true HR Generalist standalone role and will involve payroll (bureau) processing.

Your new role
You will cover full HR generalist activities and be responsible for supporting the SMT and colleagues across branches within the UK and overseeing the entire end-to-end employee life cycle. You'll advise around ER issues, assist hiring managers with the recruitment process and handle all HR-related queries. Given the standalone nature of the role, you'll also be responsible for administering HR-related processes.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have recent experienced working as an HR Manager in a stand alone capacity for a Financial Services / Banking firm. You'll have a strong HR Generalist background, experience overseeing the entire employee life-cycle, and be able to demonstrate your expertise in working with Senior Stakeholders and provide MI reporting to board level.
