Business Development Associate / Account Manager

About the Business

Established in 2015 a leading tech-led vending operator has developed its own smart machine and web based platform.
The ambition is to reinvent the vending industry with better looking machines, improving customer experience and offering superior (and healthier) products that are currently on offer in the market.

The latest 43inch HD touchscreen is what sets then apart.
A beautiful machine which has revolutionised the buying experience.
On screen nutritional info, quick and easy selection and product advertisement (and more).

Boasting a wide variety of impressive clients such as;
Apple, Amazon, Barclays, McLaren, ASOS, Virgin Active, BT Sport to name a few, as well as agreements with major catering and estate management companies.

The role

The role is to work closely with the BDM and marketing team to raise awareness of the business and facilitate growth across all sectors.
The role will be mixed from working with key accounts to maximise business opportunity to outbound sales and dealing with incoming lead enquires.
You will be trained to develop a deep understanding of the business, proposition and product.
You will work on strategy and research.
Through account management, inbound enquires and outbound sale generation you will be responsible for the further reach of the business.
The role is office based (WeWork style, central London) 9am - 6pm, with client visits and onsite demonstrations.

Benefits

Up to £35,000 (DOE)
Bonus (per/contract and ongoing machine revenue)
OTE – £55k - £60k
25 days holiday + BH

About you

A driven individual keen to grow in a company that is in the process of redefining an industry.
1-2 years of 360 recruitment experience would be ideal experience to transition into this role.
Sales and service focused.
An eye for detail.
Persistent and targeted.
Ability to maintain conversation and close deals at director level.
Desire to personally grow and progress your career.
Ability to be a key team player.
