Senior Internal Communications Manager- London- £90,000-£100,000

To help them do this, they're looking for an experienced Senior Internal Communications Manager. Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications you'll play a key role working with the existing team to help deliver internal communications across our global organisation, also the CCO and CEO.

As the business grows, so does the importance of strong, consistent internal messaging. They need someone who can help them bring creativity, clarity and cohesion to their overall internal communications strategy to support and communicate their company strategy. Whether that's delighting with stories, organising events and social activity or helping them get behind new strategy road-maps.

What you'll be doing:

· Working with the existing team, you'll help support the strategic evolution of the Internal Communications team.

· Partnering with teams and senior Executives you'll create thoughtful communication strategies and plans whilst tackling communications challenges in the business.

· With a particular focus on our all-important global Engineering operation, you will be the trusted internal communications expert; consulting and advising on both strategic and tactical matters.

· Supporting their org-wide communications rhythm through the delivery and hosting of Town Halls and All Hands.

· Working across business teams to help inform how they develop communications channels, tools and practices to help better reach and engage their employees.

· Anticipating communications challenges and managing complex, reactive, fast-moving communications challenges as a trusted internal partner.

· You know how to constructively disrupt and can review and improve upon existing communication channels and practices.

About you:

· You understand the principles and value of engaging employees and ensuring that communications achieve the desired effect,

· Have a proven track record of delivering innovative and effective internal comms campaigns.

· Are comfortable using that knowledge to advise and support colleagues across the business.

· Have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable working with leaders on communications challenges.

· Have a collaborative attitude - you're here to work in the best interest of the business and their customers.

· Have excellent written, verbal and digital story-telling skills.

· Have excellent analytical, organisational and project management skills, including a strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion.

· Have a demonstrated ability to push the boundaries of "internal comms" and what's possible - you know how to effectively leverage tools and channels appropriate for a fast-growing global tech company.

· You'll roll your sleeves up to personally deliver what's needed in the interest of the team.

· Have ab ability to prioritise for a global audience and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
