Job Details
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an HR Transformation Manager with a passion for change, to join the Financial Services team in a leading global consulting firm due to an internal secondment.
The Role
The role is being offered on a 12-month fixed term contract basis and will be primarily based in London, though European travel may be required.
This is an opportunity to support the transition of the FSO team within three core areas:
*Talent process & systems implementation
*Regional Talent Team Design and associated changes impacting Talent roles and structures
*Shared Services and Talent manage the supply and demand 'account' and service
You will manage the process and systems plans as well as organisational alignment discussions and provide input into change initiatives which focus on building the Talent community's readiness for change and capability to operate in the future.
Your skills and Experience
We welcome applications from those who have a passion for change as well as previous HR transformation experience.
You will have a good understanding of appropriate project methods
Experience of organisational design, specifically talent structures and processes is a MUST.
You will be a pro-active, team player with the ability to influence as well as being solutions-oriented.
