In Talent Acquisition, we’re standardising our approach and introducing new systems and tools to increase our ability to attract the best talent and provide a great candidate experience. Access to discipline-specific expertise is improving the quality of our candidate attraction activities, while operational support means that the team can be more efficient than ever – by focusing on what they do best.
About the opportunity
Our Talent Acquisition Global Process team is at the heart of what we do. As one of its key members, you’ll deliver excellence, quality and best practice in our hiring processes to help us attract, select and retain all the right people.
You’ll take ownership of parts of the hiring process to add value and make the process simpler. In effect, you’ll be improving time to hire, quality of hire, D&I, and also candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience. To begin with you’ll focus on embedding our core hiring processes in early careers, experienced hire and field-based hiring across 70 countries.
You’ll be a valuable point of contact for stakeholders ranging from delivery teams and HRIS to Group Assessment and Reward, and you’ll work with them to define requirements and make sure that solutions are fit for purpose.
About you
While you’ll have a degree or equivalent experience, your qualities will be just as important. For example, you’ll be passionate about talent acquisition, best practice and next practice. You’ll be well-connected externally and a developing thought leader.
Your breadth and depth of experience will be key, as will your first-hand knowledge of strategic business partnering. An analytical thinker who’s digitally fluent, you’ll have taken the lead on multiple project and process review projects at once. Of course, you’ll be able to demonstrate efficiencies gained across talent acquisition global process, and at scale.
