About the opportunity
As Content Deployment Lead, you’ll be critical to optimizing our content deployment and to driving and overseeing content governance. You will manage portal content ‘run’ activities and project activities, liaise with stakeholders and flag key content dependencies. Throughout, you’ll work alongside the Content Consulting and Engagement Lead and the content team to drive cleanse, deployment and migration activities.
Specifically, you’ll manage content deployment to the HR Portal, plan and deliver My HR content and develop the deployment strategy. We’ll look to you to input into content management / governance strategies and drive continuous improvement in this space.
You’ll also develop and manage the content migration and repurposing plan including resources sourcing, cost identification and audience alignment, and make sure that processes are well-defined and adhered to.
About you
You’ll bring us experience in the delivery of internet/intranet portals and in overseeing large scale or global content transition and repurposing. You’ll be proficient in advising across content area and in taking part in change projects, including business process engineering.
You’ll have a talent for identifying and addressing challenges. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills will be key, and you will be a natural project planner, facilitator and presenter. Beyond this, you’ll be creative and curious, flexible and energetic.
