Oakleaf are working alongside a massive and very successful retailer who are looking for a Reward Analyst to join their team for 11 months.

As a Reward Analyst you will be reporting into the Head of Reward - your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Assist with the annual salay and bonus review

Conducting compensation related activities such as salary benchmarking and job evaluation

Providing a main point of contact service for employee benefits, including the annual risk benefits renewal cycle

Using excel to manipulate and build insight from compensation related data

The ideal candidate will:

Have proven Reward experience, with a particular focus on compensation

Ability to pay key attention to detail and work with limited supervision

Ability to deliver information and provide excellent service to senior stakeholders

Strong excel skills are a must
