Payroll & HR Assistant - £25- 27K - Retail - New Oxford Street

My client is a fast-growing retail business looking for a hard-working and confident HR and Payroll professional to assist the HR Manager in dealing with an increasing employee base due to high levels of growth.

The position is a sole role but you would be reportingfrfra into the HR Manager but sits within the larger HR team.

Skills required:

Proven track record of a role combining both HR and payroll

Excellent communication skills

The ability to work autonomously

Confident user of excel

Excellent attention to detail

If you are successful, this role will involve:

Assisting with HR and Payroll functions on a weekly basis

Dealing with internal queries quickly and effectively and with a smile !

Dealing with manual calculations

Dealing with stakeholders at various levels within the business
