Oakleaf are proud to be working with a well-known retail brand based in Surrey who are looking for a HR Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible.

This role will be an integral part of the HR team and thus represents a unique opportunity to develop and build on existing experience. You will also gain experience in supervising and managing staff members.

The role is a true HR Generalist role which includes but is not limited to:

Maintaining HR employee files (electronic & paper-based)

Supervising a junior resourcer

Assisting with the administration of UK and international benefits, including the provision of updates regarding starters and leavers for the Gemfields group

Assisting with monthly payroll and pension processes as required

Assisting with end to end recruitment process, including liaising with preferred supplier recruitment agencies, collation of CVs, coordinating interviews and provision of interview feedback

Coordinating the background screening process for all new joiners in the UK and globally as required.

Completion of Right to Work checks for all new hires in the London office

Assisting with the coordination of internal training and development programmes for the Group

Assisting with key HR processes including the annual performance review process and the bonus and salary review process for the group

Acting as the first point of contact for basic employee queries in relation to key policies and processes

Ideally you will have around 1-2 years of HR generalist administration experience. You need to have great communication skills and be comfortable working autonomously at times.
