Recruitment Business Partner x 2 – Financial Services

London

Up to £55,000 per annum plus discretionary bonus

An international Financial Services company is keen to secure the talents of two recruitment professionals, on a permanent basis, who will not only actively recruit internally for the business but also assist with the imbedding of a forward-thinking, direct sourcing model, company-wide.

ROLE SUMMARY

Both postholders will be tasked with partnering with key business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners throughout the company, rolling out revised, innovated talent acquisition & management processes as well as providing creative recruitment solutions in-house.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Utilise professional, yet innovative, recruitment methods to source suitable talent for the business. Extensive exposure to recruiting within a corporate environment such as Financial Services is a MUST
* Devise bespoke recruitment strategies focused on brand / marketing, sourcing, and advertising methods
* Source the very best industry talent, screening & assessing in a suitable fashion, utilising tailored job descriptions & specifications
* Ensure that the wider business completes professional interviewing and on-boarding processes
* Regularly use creative and cost-effective sourcing tools to ensure both a successful recruitment process in terms of outcome and costings
* Ensure regular and proactive senior stakeholder management & relationship building
* Offer advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment & onboarding processes
* Ensure D&I is continuously embedded throughout the recruitment process

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

*Extensive recruitment experience within corporate environments i.e. Banking, Insurance etc.
*Excellent communication skills, with a polished persona and stakeholder engagement skills
*Ability to ‘think out of the box' when it comes to sourcing & assessing talent
*Agile mindset and demonstrable experience of working during periods of change & growth
*Dynamic and autonomous attitude to completing recruitment tasks and projects
* Sector experience within Financial or Professional Services – if this is not demonstrated on your CV, your application will not be suitable!
