Description

This standalone role will involve the following benefits but will by no means be limited to them:

  • Management and analysis on reward projects such as pay review, salary benchmarking, bonus and annual benefit renewals, competency frameworks and approaches to key elements of reward
  • Conduct market review of specific benefits and make recommendations to the company
  • Provide solutions to HR team and employees on reward related queries and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Support the development of new and improved processes, and update relevant documentation in response to changes in reward policy

Profile

This company are looking for an immediately available candidate with lengthy experience in the UK Rewards market as well as the following:

  • Advanced Excel skills (Inc. V-Lookup, Nesting, Pivot tables, Graphs)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong IT skills (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with HR information Systems
  • Ability to influence and challenge when appropriate
  • Results orientated
  • An eye for detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of HR polices, systems and processes
  • Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
