An exciting new Recruitment Advisor role for a leading company in Manchester city centre - 12 month FTC - 32k

Your new company
You will be joining a brilliant and lucrative business based in Manchester city centre. Due to maternity leave, the company are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to cover for 12 months and enhance their internal resourcing team.

Your new role
As the recruitment advisor you will solely support the on-boarding of new employees, mainly at Graduate and Apprenticeship levels. You will support the resourcing team and taking on board the line managers requirements. You will also help and support the in-house trainers.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working within internal recruitment, as well as experience of apprenticeships and the policies and procedures behind them. You will have excellent communication skills, a desire to succeed and be able to deal with internal stakeholders on a day to day basis.
