Job Details
Morgan McKinley is working with a fantastic organisation to find a Senior HR Business Partner on a 12 month FTC. The role is going to be working across the East Anglia Region based predominantly out of Peterborough.
Key Accountabilities:
- Looking after multiple sites delivering the HR Strategy
- Working with the Centres of Excellence to deliver the HR strategy in the region
- Deal with any Union negotiations and Industrial action
- Work with the Senior Stakeholders in the area to coach them through new projects and organisational change.
- Manage an HRBP
Personal Specification:
- Must have experience working with Unions
- Must have multi-site experience
- Must be CIPD qualified
- Must be a strategic HR professional
