International HR Business Partner

Badenoch + Clark has been engaged exclusively to recruit an international HR Business Partner for a growing global organisation in Sussex. You will work with the HR Director to contribute to the development of global HR strategies that reflect the business' needs and ensure the business attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees needed in order to achieve current and future business objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:
Ensure HR strategy, policies and processes are effectively implemented within budgets and timelines and that the business complies with all relevant regulations, laws and business policies.
Work with the leadership team and line managers to deliver effective and timely performance management processes and creation of appropriate and relevant Competence Development Plans with support from the L&D team as required.
Manage the recruitment and induction processes, partnering with the Head of Talent to identify appropriate talent attraction and resourcing strategies.
Support the assessment and on-boarding of graduates/apprentices.

The successful candidate will have/be:
Business partnering experience within an international organisation and experienced in developing relationships with HR colleagues across the world.
Hands on experience in operating within a matrix environment.
Detailed focus with a strong passion for HR systems would be an advantage.
Degree or equivalent post-graduate HR qualification/ Chartered Member of CIPD (or equivalent).
High energy levels and passionate, confident and able to challenge.
Commercial acumen.
