A highly prestigious and forward thinking professional services firm is looking for a L&D Advisor to join the team! Reporting into the L&D Director, you will play an intergral role in delivering the firms L&D strategy across all business areas.
You will be responsible for managing the firms overall L&D programme and providing full learning and development support to all departments in understanding their business needs and developing learning plans.
You will also have the opportunity to mentor and develop two L&D Assistants within the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced L&D Officer / Advisor, who is looking to join a fast paced, highly respected and forward thinking team. You will thrive in a dynamic and progressive environment and be self motivated, able to build strong relationships across business areas and be flexible in your approach.
