A top global management consultancy is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities of this include:

  • Supporting the senior recruiters and managers with scheduling and coordination of interviews

  • Liaising with agencies and external suppliers as well as candidates and internally

  • Assist the recruitment team with preparation for meetings

  • Ad hoc project work

  • Ownership of maintaining and updating a few key excel files

  • Proactively leading the administration in creating packs for internal briefings, candidates, interviewers and follow-up documents

You will:

  • Be extremely organised and have excellent attention to detail

  • Be personable and have good interaction skills - be good at building rapport

  • Work effectively under pressure

  • Work conscientiously to deadlines

  • Be educated to degree level (2:1+)

  • Have experience of working in an office environment, preferably in an administration role
