A great new opportunity has arisen to work with one of the UK's leading life science businesses. Their mission is to positively impact people's lives by enabling innovation across life sciences, medicine and beyond. Located in Oxford, and with offices globally this rapidly growing organisation are looking to hire a permanent Senior HR Business Partner. Role overview

Reporting into the VP of People Operations you will manage the full scope of HR and be responsible for evaluating, designing and implementing efficient and human-centred policies, programs, and practices.

Partner with leaders to create workforce plans identifying capabilities and skills required to support our market expansion and product development.

Responsibilities

Align HR strategy & agenda

Create and deliver career tracks, competency models & performance system that motivates our people

Manage HR Tech Stack to create people analytics & improve efficiency

Support on global growth initiatives in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Be proactive, commercial and compassionate to find mutually beneficial solutions for employee relation issues

Required experience

Proven track record of HR operations, employment law and business partnering within a successful start-up to deliver forward thinking people initiatives

Strong performance assessment and promotion/succession life cycle, as well as internal mobility management strategies;

Owning and driving learning and development across the organisation - leading by example with a growth mindset
