Payroll & Benefits Specialist £45k to £45k + Bonus & Benefits - City, London A dynamic and forward thinking Investment Firm based in the City seek an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to lead and head up their Payroll & Benefits offering. Reporting into the UK HR Director you will be the subject matter expert for all Payroll & Benefits questions and queries and look to run, drive and own this offering outright. Payroll:Full ownership and management of 2 monthly payrolls with close liaison directly with the payroll vendor (Vendor Management)Be the subject matter for all payroll questions and queriesPayroll Accounting: Reconciliations, Journals and GLFull ownership of the on-boarding process and leaversMaking sure that the correct data is put onto the system monthly and any updates are dealt with in a timely manner (attention to detail focus)Close liaison with senior stakeholders, HR, Finance and external bodiesMonth end: Be responsible for all dutiesResponsible for the production of P11Ds and P60s etc.Payroll reporting quarterly and yearly Benefits, Share Schemes and Reward:Manage the day to day operations for all equity and share plans including roll-out's and managing the equity tracking portalRespond to all questions and queries in a timely mannerManage and administer all company benefits plus lead on negotiations and renewalsManage the benefits portalSupporting the delivery of the annual salary review process (year-end): Data analysis, summary reports and data cleansingCollate and analyse data for annual reportingSupport the Recruitment Team with salary benchmarkingSalary surveys and comparisons with competitors Skills:Must be a Payroll & Benefits professionalMust have experience in dealing with Stock/Shares/LTIPsMust have strong Excel (V Look Ups & Pivots)Must be a strong communicator at all levels of businessCustomer service drivenHigh levels of attention to detailTeam player and culture fit is key
