Senior HR Manager

Currently this organisation stands at around 300 employees with 2 direct reports supporting you to drive the HR agenda. Your role will report directly to the board. As a solid all-rounder, you will have excellent communication skills, have the desire to run a tight ship and have a really proactive approach to partner the business.

This role will be responsible for the full cycle HR remit and it is highly anticipated that you will be CIPD qualified with experience at manager level within a commercial business.
In terms of HR projects our client is very keen to harness experience gained in mental health and wellbeing along with culture and engagement initiatives within the organisation, this is a key part of the agenda for this role.

This is an exceptional role for a really proactive individual to be a true partner and lead major change programmes within the business, you will be well versed in managing employee relations issues, mapping future talent and potential succession plans.

As an individual you will have a true partner mindset that is able to support and coach managers within the business, you will have strong organisational skills and have the ability to manage complex and sensitive and sometimes difficult conversations.
