HR Business Partner - Surrey

We are currently working with an Asset Management firm, assisting with their search for a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is based in Kingswood, Surrey and you will be required to travel once per week to the London City office or Kent.

In this role you will be working closely with the Head Director, Senior HR BP and then this newly created role. This is coming into support the advisory, operation, global workplace and personal investing business lines.

Ideally you will have the following:

Strong track record in HR Advisory roles

Clear experience working on a full range of HR issues including ER cases

Can do attitude, motivated and adaptable
