A full time HR Generalist is required to work as part of a growing fin-tech company. The role is very generalist in nature (hence the title) and would be perfect for a HR Assistant or HR Administrator looking for the next step.

Description

  • First point of contact for all HR-related queries concerning your client group
  • Deliver effective support to the HR Manager and the wider business, ensuring operational excellence across all aspects of the HR function
  • Maintaining up-to-date, accessible and accurate HR records
  • Administration for employees: new hire inductions, employee change requests, performance management, exits, relocations, visa applications, reference letters, maintaining JDs, assisting HR training sessions and interviews
    Processing of all relevant HR invoices
  • Responsible for HR systems automation and project delivery
  • Management reporting & assisting with monthly payroll and benefits
  • Promotion of employee welfare, equality and health and safety within the workplace.
  • Comply with all applicable Compliance policies, procedures, laws and regulations
  • Other ad-hoc projects as directed by the Global Head of People, HR Manager and Head of Talent Acquisition

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a strong 360-degree Human resources skill-set and a commercial approach with a proactive attitude to deliver a 'Market Leading' employee experience for all employees. The role is likely to suit someone who is currently in an HR Administrator or HR Assistant role looking to develop their career as an HR Generalist.


Candidates must be degree educated and must have gained HR experience from the Financial Services or Technology industry.
