A well-established organisation within the Energy sector based in Leeds are actively seeking a HR Systems Specialist to add value to their HR function. In a fast-paced and varied role, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing a new HR system throughout various UK sites and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Generalist HR support elements along with occasional travel to various sites is also required.

Page Personnel are working with a well-established and expanding organisation within the Energy sector based in Leeds who are actively seeking a HR Systems Specialist to add value to their HR function.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied HR Systems Specialist role based in Leeds, role and responsibilities are to include:

  • Managing the implementation of the HR system in place across UK sites, with plans for further roll out across the Group.
  • Continuously investigating additional modules available within the HR system, assessing and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes.
  • Identifying opportunities to progress to electronic personnel files, contained and managed within the HR system with automated GDPR protections in place.
  • Supporting the wider HR team as required to deliver services to employees across the Group, whilst reducing any time/cost impact of compliance/best practice.
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner in people interactions such as training, development, discipline, grievances, etc

Profile

  • Knowledge and experience of working with and developing HR systems
  • Experience of working within a HR function would be beneficial
  • Excellent IT skills in particular MS Office software - Word, Advanced Excel skills
  • A self-motivated individual thriving in a dynamic work environment
  • Flexible approach and the ability to deal with high levels of change

Job Offer
