Working on behalf of my client, I am recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner based in Wiltshire.

Standing as part of the senior leadership team, some of the responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Leading, coaching and developing the HR Team to ensure potential is maximised
  • Working closely with the L&D team in drawing up and communicating an annual training plan.
  • Supporting HR Partners in dealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge to reach appropriate decisions.
  • Providing advice to line managers and employees on the Company's policies and procedures whilst ensuring these are up-to-date with current employment legislation.
  • Managing HR budgets and supporting the annual pay review and bonus process.

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Generalist with experience of delivering transformation programmes. Confident with leading and developing a team with experience of dealing with compensation and benefits analysis.
