Amazing opportunity for an experienced Diversity & Inclusion Manager to join this well known charity. Woking closely with the HR team and the wider Leadership team you will be responsible for setting the D&I agenda: The role will cover the following: Continually update the Diversity Action Plan and drive leaders accountablity to deliver Work with the recruitment team to improve the reavh of diverse candidates applying for vacancines Lead a campaign to increase the employee demographic Deliver programmes to increase the number of employees with vision impairment The ideal person will have: Experience of working within D&IExperience of implementing initiativesExcellent stakeholder skillsA good understanding of D&I strategy, equality legislation and market trends For further infomation please contact Zoe Bradley on 07702 340178 or email your CV tozoebradley@oakleafpartnership.com
