About the opportunity

 

Our Talent Acquisition team is at the heart of attracting the right people to BP, and managing experienced hire – whether those candidates are new to BP or taking up a further opportunity within the organisation.

 

As a discipline or regional talent expert, you’ll work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team and stakeholders across the business to ensure our talent strategy is realised – especially in terms of quality, D&I and critical capabilities. We’ll look to you to deliver experienced hire demand across a particular area, and work with our expert team on sourcing and attraction strategies.

About you

Degree-qualified or equivalent, you’ll bring us knowledge of Talent Acquisition. You’ll also have experience in candidate sourcing, and in screening, assessing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Numerate and analytical, you’ll be able to balance the need of the function with local needs – you’re able to see the wider picture as well as different perspectives. Beyond this you’ll be self-aware, focused on solutions and able to build trust among stakeholders.
