Client Details

Our client is a leading solicitors firm with years of experience looking for a HR Administrator to help the team with general day to day HR enquiries.

Description

  • Providing secretarial & administrative services to Directors and HR Manager
  • Acting as the first point of contact for general day to day enquires
  • To assist with coordinating the new joiner administration
  • Training administration including issuing and collating induction checklists
  • To assist HR Manager with policy and procedure writing and implementation

Profile

  • 6 Months experience in a similar position
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good planning and organisational and report writing skills
  • Demonstrates an ability to work with people at many levels of the organisation
  • A person able to adopt a hands on approach within the Company

Job Offer
