HR Advisor
Based in Worcestershire
Up to £35k per annum

Badenoch & Clark are looking an experienced HR Advisor to support in relation to employee matters, integration of acquisitions and supporting the HR Manager in order to deliver the HR strategic plan.

Responsibilities include:

*Leading on TUPE-in to the business, working with the acquisitions team on DD.
*Managing the integration of acquisitions, and the migration of employees into the Group.
*Conducting TUPE consultation meetings
*Manage complex employee relations matters and performance management issues from end to end, including supporting with investigations, hearings and appeals.
*Supporting employees through occupational health process.
*Providing advice to staff and managers on policies, procedures, and legislation.
*Manage the leaver process including conducting exit interviews and following up any necessary actions.
*Produce monthly board reports.


Requirements:

*Previous experience in a HR Advisor/HR Business Partner role.
*Experience of managing TUPE processes.
*Experience of managing complex ER cases from end to end.
*Strong stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
