If you are looking for a challenging new HR role that sits within the Senior Leadership team then this could be the position for you. You will be the face of HR supporting the people agenda enabling continued growth and success across the business. This role will suit someone who wants to create a people strategy and deliver it - working closely with a range of colleagues based in 4 locations across Oxfordshire, US, Ireland and London. You will oversee all aspects of HR and payroll and be responsible for :

Implementation of a new HR system

Overseeing recruitment, talent planning, appraisal process

Developing the employer brand

Undertaking project work

Reviewing & implementing a new benefits strategy

Responsibility for managing the payroll and payroll related queries.
