As HR Officer for this well-known legal firm in London, you will be part of a close-knit HR Team and will be responsible for the design and implementation of HR policies, practices and initiatives across all areas of people management.

This will also include professional development, recruitment and selection, diversity, employee relations, pay and benefits, and organisational change and development.

As HR Officer for this well-known legal firm, the key responsibilities will be:

  • Build and maintain effective and credible working relationships to support all stakeholders within the designated client groups.
  • Induction of new joiners
  • Employee Relations
  • Family leave process and guidance
  • Employee absence management and well-being
  • Leaver Process
  • Benefits, Salary and Bonus review
  • Diversity and Inclusion Support
  • Policies, Projects and Other Duties
  • HR team support

Profile

The successful HR Officer will posses the following skills and attributes:

  • Knowledge as an experienced HR Officer/Advisor/Generalist
  • Previous knowledge of having worked in a legal or professional services environment is a MUST!
  • Strong MS Office skills in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Clear speaking, listening and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organised
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong customer service and team work ethic
  • Qualified to GCSE standard, Grade B (or equivalent) at Mathematics and English essential
  • Ideally part/fully CIPD qualified.
