Client Details

A well respected organisation based in Brighton are seeking a Case Officer on a permanent

Description

As Case Officer you will be responsible for:

  • Provide effective end to end case management to maximise compliance with automatic enrolment and protect members benefits in line with agreed policies and procedures
  • Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Review and challenge documentation provided by stakeholders including payroll related products, reports, company structures, financial information
  • Be responsible for the timely and accurate inputting of information and evidence into the case management system
  • Make independent decisions within the framework of case management
  • Identify risk in line with current policies, procedures and statutory guidelines, with prompt escalation of case related risks
  • Prioritise workload based on a risk-based approach Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and knowledge management

Profile

Knowledge of:

  • Either an investigative or regulatory environment
  • End to end investigative case management
  • Working in line with robust governance and risk assessment processes and ensuring security of sensitive material
  • Dealing with internal and external customers / stakeholders at all levels
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels
  • Understanding of GDPR principles
  • Dealing with third party sources of information
