Your new role

As part of the wider HR team, you are responsible for the development of HR Strategy and procedures in order to develop and delivery to firm's ethos and vision.

Offering pro-active and comprehensive support within the HR team and wider HR functions, you shall be tasked with overseeing all aspects of professional development, diversity, employee relations, pay and benefits, recruitment and Change.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deliver strategic inclusion and diversity projects
  • Build and maintain working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Run leadership and management meetings
  • Conduct HR inductions
  • Maintain the new starter inclusion strategy by proactively engaging in follow up meetings and surveys
  • Take ownership of all ER cases - Grievance, Absence Management, Disciplinary etc.
  • Monitor and inform changes relevant to all employees effected
  • Manage the letters, scripts and case management for ER matters
  • Organise workstation assessments in collaboration with line managers
  • Manage all matters relating to leavers
  • Payroll, benefits, salary and bonus reviews
  • Assist the D&I managers
  • Maintain and update policies




What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in the legal or professional services sector only
  • Experience as a HR Officer/ HR Manager
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate and manage at both a senior and junior level
  • Ideally Full CIPD qualified
  • Qualified to GCSE standard (Grade B) in Mathematics and English is essential
