HR Manager for small Manufacturing business.

Generalist role including ER as well as performance, appraisals, manager coaching & development.

Client Details

A small, successful and expanding owner-managed Manufacturing business in Coventry. The opportunity to work for a supportive and peopel focused MD.

Description

As Part Time HR Manager you will be responsible for all people related activities including:

- Recruitment, performance management, disciplinaries and grievances, policy development and implementation.

- You will advise and support the MD on people related matters including the ongoing development of sound HR practice and policy as well as a value add HR.

- Coaching and training managers on people matters and offering sound judgement and analysis.

- Leading on Health & Safety

Profile

To be considered for this role you will have sound Generalist and operational HR experience and the ability to continue developing the people service.

Strong ER experience is essential as well as the ability to work in a standalone HR role but play a key part in the wider team.

This role will suit an individual who has previously worked within an SME environment, with a flexible and down to earth approach and a sense of humour.

Experience of looking after Health & Safety is highly advantageous.

Job Offer

Up to £40,000 per annum (full time equivalent)

Flexible hours/days (equiv to 2/3 days per week)
