Annapurna has recently partnered with a rapidly scaling technology company to source a Senior HR Business Partner.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a scaling business within the tech and digital spaces.

The successful person will design the HR structure, having worked alongside senior stakeholders and manage the people process of this high-growth business.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the leadership team to define the vision of the people function
  • Build and roll out progression and performance management across the business
  • Deliver Learning & Development, helping develop future business leaders
  • Defining and articulating the culture
  • Be prepared to be strategic while getting their hands stuck in to the operational side of the business

Requirements:

  • Experience in start-up or tech focussed business
  • Experience in the design and delviery of the HR process
  • Data driven aproach to solving problems
  • A desire to grow within this business, eventually to lead a strong HR function
  • A growth mindset, understanding the importance of HR to the ambitions of the business
