Pension and Benefits Advisor - Birmingham

Salary - 45,000 - £50,000

We are seeking an individual who has had experience working in a large organisation acting as the subject matter expert in the delivery of a diverse benefits agenda. You will support, implement and communicate across the organisation on all pension and benefits policies.

*The successful candidate will have exceptional knowledge of pensions and benefits legislation. *

Oakleaf Partnership are seeking a Pensions Advisor to join a top investment bank based in Birmingham.

The Pensions Advisor is a full time role that sies within the Reward and Benefits function. This role will report into the Pension and Benefits Manager and we require a subject matter expert to join the team. Each employee have a tailored and competitive reward and pay package which includes private healthcare, enhance maternity pay and adoption leave and a contributory pension scheme.

Working with external providers, partners or associated bodies in a vendor management capacity to ensure that product is maximised

Taking on responsibility for projects that are assigned, keeping the wider team and both the Pensions and Benefits Manager continually updated.
