We have a brand new opportunity with our client, a media broadcasting house for a Reward analyst to join their Reward team in London. This is a fast paced team right at the forefront of compensation and pay for the entire organisation.

 

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you will be responsible for providing reward advice, support and data, to HR and beyond, to facilitate the cost-effective management and administration of employee compensation and benefits, globally.

This role will be tasked with acquiring and processing relevant data for all staff across the organisation to ensure that year-end Reward processes, including salary review and bonus (prior year payments and current year entitlements), operate in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal errors. A key focus of this role, throughout the year, will be managing the compensation plan and maintaining the global roles framework.

You will also be conducting Reward research/data analysis, both internally and externally (including benchmark studies) and must be able to present the results clearly and creatively, to help HR and line managers reach acceptable, affordable and consistent pay and bonus decisions.

 

The ideal candidate in this role will have a must have provided significant input and support for salary review and bonus processes in the UK and, ideally, internationally. You will also have experience of identifying, documenting and implementing process improvements in a complex environment.

Data analytics experience with Excel or Tableau

Requires Compensation experience

Reward governance and compliance experience would be a plus.
