This company are looking for a hard working, fun loving individual to join them as HR Support for a busy HR function.

Description

The key responsibilities of this HR Admin would include but not be limited to the following:

Maintain employee files whilst ensuring they are compliant with GDPR legislation and the Data Protection Act

Maintaining accurate employee information on our HR System

Completing all administration related to on boarding as well as changes to employment T&C's

Provide recruitment support to managers by posting job adverts through company channels

Verify overtime/absences/Holiday against HR records

Liaise with payroll to ensure relevant information is sent over in time for payroll cut off

Answer employee queries related to payroll

First point of contact and answering any email/telephone queries received from our colleagues across the business nationally

Providing general HR support including coordination and administration to all key stakeholders

Profile

The successful candidate for this contract HR Administration has the following qualities:

EXPERIENCE

HR Admin experience

Worked in a fast paced environment

Exposure to payroll admin

SKILLS

Strong attention to detail

Strong organisation and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritise

Ability to work under pressure

Strong numerical skills

Ability to work as a team

Fantastic verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Intermediate knowledge of MS packages
