IR35 Project Manager

Oakleaf Partnership are currently partnering with a large global law firm who are looking for a IR35 Project Manager to join them on a 6 month basis. The role will report into the Head of Recruitment and offer specialist knowledge and expertise in relation to IR35 legislation. This position will be offered on an interim day rate basis.

The organisation currently has a 200+ consultants who work with the business on a LTD company basis. Within this position you will offer specialist knowledge and advise in relation to IR35 which will shape and implement the strategy moving forward. They are looking for someone who can interpret the legislation and offer recommendations for post IR35 implementation.

To be successful in this position you should have deep subject matter knowledge of IR35 legislation and have worked with businesses already to ensure they comply with the upcoming rules.

• Implement and manage the IR35 Project Plan
• Develop the strategy for the IR35 assessment process, including a full change management plan
• Advise HR and the Business on IR35 related policy and process
• Manage appeals process for status determinations
• Train hiring managers on IR35 processes
• Experience leading the implementation of new processes, systems and decision making tools with high adoption rates
• Excellent communication skills and experience reporting to senior stakeholders
