Job Details
Are you a seasoned Employee Relations professional, with a talent for delivering engaging training, who is looking for a fresh challenge?
Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this highly reputable Consultancy, who provide innovative employment law and HR related support services to a variety of exciting and prestigious clients.
This hands-on, home-based role will geographically cover the South West and/or The Midlands (depending on full or part time hours) and will see you providing management training, e-learning and conducting complex investigations, on-site, to a selection of their clients.
As a creative individual with a passion for employee relations and learning, you may still need to develop your skills in designing workshop-based training but, if you're the right person, you can quickly develop in this area…
If you already possess experience of designing training, making learning accessible to those with disabilities and, have experience of designing and delivering e-learning solutions (using Articulate or similar), then that's a big advantage…
What's most important, is your depth and breadth of Employee Relations knowledge - "We need an ER guru - what you don't know about ER, ain't worth knowing!"
Excited?? Well, if you are looking for a challenging opportunity, are an experienced and innovative learning and/or ER professional and have a customer centric attitude, we are keen to hear from you ASAP.
Henlee Resourcing is a specialist full service human resources recruitment consultancy operating across the South West, M3, M4 and M5 corridors.

What Make Us Different
We have worked hard to integrate our business into the community we serve, because we believe that to deliver service excellence to our clients and candidates, we must have a thorough understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing HR professionals today. Through the CIPD events we support, host and sponsor, we have developed a strong network, and through our commitment to achieving a genuine match between candidate and role, we have cultivated the trust that wins us recommendations to fill vacancies and find new roles. We are genuinely invested in our candidate’s success, not only because our business depends on it, but because we recognise the difference we can make to someone’s life if we help them secure a new start, a big promotion, or the work-life balance that they’ve been dreaming of.
