Would you like to work for a internationally recognised law firm? Are you an experienced HR Advisor or Generalist looking to take the next big step in your career?
Our client is currently seeking an HR Advisor to join their Law firm in the London Branch.
You will be providing support and guidance to not only your team but individual also. You will be required to navigate relevant laws, practices and policies.
What you will be doing:
• Employee Relations – Handling all employee relation issues, implementing ER guidelines, providing support and advice to colleagues with dealing with conflicts and meeting with senior members of the firm to provide advice and guidance on HR issues
• Reward and Benefits – Dealing with ay staff queries and assisting with the benefit process and administration
• Learning and Development – Encouraging individuals to complete training and assessing individual and team training
• Resourcing – monitoring any recruitment needs, assisting with interviews, supporting the on boarding and leavers process
What you need to have:
• CIPD qualified
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good understanding of UK legislation especially employment law
• Previous experience working at HR Officer/Advisor level in a Professional Service background
• Strong IT skills
• Experience with HR systems and administration
