I am working with a reputable Financial Regulatory body based in the City of London who are looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join them initially on a 12 month fixed term basis.Working in a busy HR team you will manage and deliver resourcing solutions across the organisation. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter to help shape the talent management and resource strategy and be a subject matter expert for their stakeholders. You will have experience in developing sourcing strategies such as using LinkedIn.You will be the primary point of contact for recruitment for the HR Team and the wider organisation. The role includes but is not limited to:Working with senior managers and HR Business Partner to understand key resource requirements to ensure the development of resourcing strategies meet both current and future organisational needsDevise and implement recruitment campaignsAct as the recruitment expert on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutionsOversee the effective management of interviews, assessments and selection toolsManage secondments (internal and external)Build effective relationships with managers, hiring managers and stakeholdersThe organisation are looking for a candidate with experience in end to end recruitment, competent and confident, able to work in a growing and fast paced environment and has a broad knowledge and understanding of employment law and HR best practise in relation to resourcing and recruitment.The organisation is based in the City and the role is offered initially as a 12 month contract.
