HR Business Partner

Paying £50k to £55k plus excellent benefits

Location: 2 days in Central London / 3 days in North London

We are currently working with a large, not for profit business in London, who are looking to appoint a new HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have gained prior exposure to working within a fast paced,operational environment whilst showcasing a strong generalist skillset including excellent ER / employment law knowledge. The successful post-holder needs to be able to commit to 3 days in North London and then 2 in Central London.

Key duties

• Act as the first point of contact for Senior Managers around a number of related topics such as; Recruitment, Performance and Development Reviews, Succession Planning etc.
• Provide knowledge on how best to manage organisational change when relating to people related activities
• Ensure consistent guidance to the SLT around the people agenda
• Liaise frequently with Projects, Governance team to ensure compliance
• Coach and support on all complex TUPE projects
• Manage a small team of People Advisors, Recruitment Coordinators and People Administrators
• Support on generalist HR activity

Key criteria for the role

• Prior experience of TUPE transfers and contract bids
• Strong ER experience
• Man-management exposure
• Ability to demonstrate working within a generalist role in a commercial environment
• Extensive project management experience
