HR Director

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as our HR Director. You will be based in Gravesend, Kent on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a highly competitive salary plus benefits.

As part of Moove you will be joining a global company who is a leading provider of lubricants including automotive fluids, oils and chemicals for passenger cars.

As our European HR Director, you will be a key member of our Senior Leadership Team. This is a hands on, influential, multi-site position with both an operational and strategic bias. You will lead a highly committed HR team who provide day to day business partnering. Reporting into our European Managing Director and our Global HR Director, it is essential that you possess fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Responsibilities as our HR Director:

• Proactively leading our people strategy
• Leading generalist HR activities, aligning HR with our business objectives
• Creating and leading our people agenda
• Developing organisation and cultural objectives
• Delivering and championing HR change management activities for the organisation in order to drive sustainable business improvement
• Driving our Talent Management including Succession programmes
• Supporting and influencing Business Unit Directors
• Supporting European Acquisitions

Skills required as our HR Director:

• Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish language skills
• CIPD qualified
• Experienced at a senior level, managing HR teams
• Knowledge of Employment Law in UK, France, Spain and Portugal
• Excellent at relationship building and influencing
• Used to working in a high profile, fast paced environment
• Experienced in multi-site roles within an international framework
• Able to challenge the status quo and demonstrate critical insight
• Experienced in leading high impact initiatives linked to the values and culture of the organisation
• Skilled in Change Management
• Proficient in Acquisitions
