HR Business Partner
Annapurna Recruitment have partnered with a global technology company who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team.
The HR Business Partner will report to the Head of HR, UK and look after their UK business consultants (250 employees). Working closely with the business leaders of this business unit, the HR Business Partner will support the delivery of the People Strategy for this business unit.
Partnering with the COE's, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle including Employee Relations, M&A, TUPE projects and organisational restructures.
The successful client must have proven experience of working in a UK HR Business Partnering role and must have experience of working with Consulting staff. Previous experience of working in a global Technology or consulting business is preferred.
